• The item is unused, in its original packaging.

• It is not a non-returnable product (e.g., personal care or hygiene items).

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund or exchange based on your preference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method (if applicable) or arranged via Cash on Delivery refund coordination.
